In an effort to work better with iOS and to streamline our user interface, some of our tools and commands have been moved to a different place in iAnnotate 4 compared to where they were in iAnnotate 3.

 

Navigation

Most prominently, the left hand navigation bar has had a significant change. The Actions menu specifically has been removed and the options that it contained have been moved. Please consult the table below

Email	Share button -> (choose your share options) -> Share -> Mail
Notes Summary	Share Button -> Document Type -> No Document -> Share
Open In…	Share button -> (choose your share options) -> Share -> (Choose the app to Open In)
Print	Share button -> (choose your share options) -> Share -> Print
Rename	Document Tab -> Rename
Rearrange Pages	Left Navigation Panel -> Thumbnails -> Manage Pages
Delete Annotations	Left Navigation Panel -> Annos -> Delete Annotations
Send to iTunes	Discontinued
Duplicate Tab	Document Tab -> Open a Copy
Show in Library	Discontinued

 

App Settings

App Settings have also been moved. App Settings are now a part of the Settings App on your iPad. Open App Settings, and scroll down the left hand list of settings until you see “iA4”.
